Planning for the Future Workshop

This workshop taught by Jane Pak will focus on the essential legal documents you need when planning for the future. This presentation will provide an introduction to legal documents including:

• last will & testament
• power of attorney
• medical directive

Please note: no individual legal advice will be given during this presentation. Participants will be given an introduction to the forms and processes needed for estate planning. Qualifying participants who would like one-on-one legal assistance can sign up to attend the next Lawyers in the Library Clinic.
