Jane Pak
Jane relocated to our community from Mississippi and we couldn’t be more thrilled to have such a kind professional working alongside all of us. Jane is organized and focused on making sure the organization continues to thrive. I think I can speak for all the core staff when I say Jane has pushed us all to be better. Better at serving our communities, better at remembering why we’re doing this work, better at our jobs.
Jane was built for this kind of work. In a recent interview, I asked her for her favorite quote, her empathy shown bright when she quoted John Wesley, “Do all the good you can, by all the means you can, in all the ways you can, in all the places you can, at all the times you can, to all the people you can, as long as you ever can.” She deeply believes in incorporating compassion into her daily practice. Jane has practiced as a lawyer in her own private practice in Mississippi and was a volunteer attorney for us before accepting our offer to step into the Executive Director role.
