The Wills Clinic for Seniors is a special project of Snohomish County Legal Services and the Snohomish County Bar Association Young Lawyers Division. Volunteer and staff attorneys work with seniors to prepare wills, powers of attorney and health care directives. The clients are responsible for filling out brief questionnaires that are provided in advance. A Notary Public will be on hand for formal signing of documents, so that clients leave with complete documents. The Wills Clinic for Seniors it offered quarterly. See our events calendar.
